Step-by-step guide
- Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click on the Module Setup Icon.
- Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.
4. Select the Root Causes menu item in Incident Management Lookup Values.
5. Select the Root Cause from the list.
6.Click on the Delete Button.
7. After clicking on Delete Button, a Pop-up window will shows a message You are about to delete Root Causes record(s) Continue?. Clcik on the OK Button.
