Step-by-step Instructions:

  1. Click on the Modules Icon.
  2. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.
  3. Click on the Manage Incident Reports Menu Item.



  4. Select the Incident from the Incident List.



  5. In Investigation Section. Click on the Incomplete hyperlink near Investigation Questions.



  6. Complete all the fields and Click on the Save button.

21.3 Update

A new feature to capture and share Lessons Learned from an Incident to other Facilities:

  • This section will be a configurable section as part of the Investigation where users can note down lessons learned points
  • Has a new link in Incident Summary Dashboard to access the Lessons Learned detail screen. The link will be accessible when the below criteria are met:
    1. If Investigation is required - Investigation Section is complete and Lessons Learned Statement is Complete
    2. If Investigation is optional - Lessons Learned Statement is CompleteHas a way to generate Lessons Learned report in PDF format
  • Has option to share the report via email (controlled through permission) to a large audience i.e. Share by Role, Group, or Location
  • New permissions are introduced (View, Edit, and Share)
