Step-by-step Instructions:


  1. Click on the Setup icon
  2. Click on the Module Setup menu item.
  3. Click on Operational Profile Management menu item.



  4. Under the Lookup values section, Click on Activity Type. 



  5. Click on New button. 



  6. Enter Activity Type Name
  7. Entre Comments
  8. Select the Status.
  9. Click on Save button.
