The widget shows protocol library grouped by Program Type and option to quick start/access an Inspection
Step-by-step Instructions:
- 1.On Home page, Select the Audits Dashboard view
- All the Audits Module related dashboards are available in the detail screen
- Navigate to Audits & Inspections Library Widget
21.3 Update
- The widget displays all configured protocol as tiles grouped by Program Type displayed as Shelf
- Every self has the option to scroll through the tiles if there are more tiles than available space
- Admins have flexibility to configure protocols that should display in the Widget for quick access
- Click on each tile give options to:
- Start Inspection
- Scheduled Inspection - Navigate to Manage Audit where the list will be filtered by the protocol
- Manage Findings - Navigate to Manage Finding List screen where the list will be filtered by the program where protocol is used
- Manage Action Items - Navigate to Action Item List screen where the list will be filtered by the program/finding where protocol is used
- For initial roll-out we have configured top 5 protocols from each Program type to display on the widget based on number of Audit program configured
