Closing an Action Item in the Calendar

By default, an action item's status is set to Open.  As action items are completed, users can change the action item status to Closed.

Step-by-step Instruction: 

  1. Click on Modules from the left pane.
  2. Click on the Calendar module.
  3. Click on the Manage Action Items menu item.



  4. Click the Action Item Name link from the Action Item List screen.



  5. Complete the Complete section.
    1. Enter the Action Taken.
    2. Change the Action Item Status to Closed.
  6. Click the Save button.


21.3 Update

  • We have introduced a new module Operational Performance Management (OPM) Module and for closing OPM action items.
  • Before closing the OPM action Items, we have to select the Response and close the Action Item. To configure the response please refer - Activity response.
  • If the Action item is closed then the Response field will be freeze. If we have to update the Response, please reopen the action item and update the Response.
