MP-8697 - File scanning for the virus before uploading
Configurable: Yes
- Title: Enable File Scanning

Existing System:
- Doesn't have the option to scan the file for virus scanning before uploading it to the server
Purpose:
- Enable file scanning before uploading the file to the server
- This will restrict to upload of any virus file using the file upload feature of the application
Enhanced System:
- Enabled file scanning feature in the application for mobile
- The file will be scanned before uploading it to the application server(App with Online Mode)
- After the scan, if it's not a malicious file then those files can move to the server otherwise it will not upload the file and display the attached file card in red color and the attachment icon will display in red color on the record list screen.
- The malicious field won't sync to the server and if the user changes location or refresh the list, it removes from the list.
MP-8795 - Allow user to save login name in Okta and Azure login screen

Audits Management
MP-7583 As an auditor, I would need a provision to acknowledge and certify that all participants were present during the audit

- Title: Enable Questionnaire Acknowledgement

Existing System: Currently, there is no provision for the auditor to provide his acknowledgment (signature).
Purpose: The auditor would like to acknowledge that he 'certify that all participants were present when he conducted the Audit' and provide his signature. Additionally, he can take consent from employees who participated.
Enhanced System:
- The acknowledgment option will be available for both Corporate and Site Audits.
- The option would show up on the questionnaire page only when all questions are answered.
- The acknowledgment screen would have a provision for the auditor to provide his consent. Auditor's name would be auto-populated from the audit setup.
- Additionally, there is an option to take the signatures of employees who participated in the audit.
- In case of an employee audit, the employee names configured in the setup would show up for selection.

Incident Management
MP-8573 Ability to report Near Miss Incident from mobile by scanning QR Code

Existing System:
- The current system does not have a quick and easy way to report "Near Miss" incidents on the plant floor.
Purpose:
- To provide a quick and easy way for users to report near-miss incidents in a facility using a QR code
Enhanced System:
- QR Codes are generated and distributed/posted in Facilities
- When a user scans the QR code with any scanner, they will get a link to tap on. Once the link is tapped, the following behavior is expected:
In case the app is installed on the device and active in the background -> User will be redirected to the Near Miss Reporting screen (with the 'Near Miss' incident type selected by default). The user will land on the default location based on the 'Near Miss' Report Incident permission.
In case the app is installed in the device but not active in the background -> User will be redirected to the Login Page and upon successful login, navigates to the 'Near Miss' Reporting page (Incident Type selection page with 'Near Miss' selected by default)
In case the app is installed on the device but a mandatory app upgrade is missing -> User will be prompted to update the app. In this case, the user will have to scan the QR Code once again after updating the app.
In case the app is not installed on the mobile device -> User will be redirected to the App store. In this case, the user will have to scan the QR Code once again after configuring the app.
This will support both online and offline modes.
*Note: QR Code is based on the instance. It is not specific to any Location or Customer.

Existing System:
- In the Current system, we do not have any field to mention the efficiency of the employee in terms of Trained, Certified, Trained & Certified.
Purpose: Need to provide employees with appropriate credibility if they are trained/certified for the completed training courses.
Enhanced System:
- We will have a new field Trained / Certified which will have the values Trained, Certified, Trained & Certified when Outcome is selected as Complete.

MP-8820 As an end user I want to have a sync button available in the My training screen
Configurable: NA

Existing System:
- Currently, we do not have any sync option available in the My training screen due to which user has to go to the Session list screen and refresh the screen & then come back to My training after completing a course to get the score.
Purpose: Sync Option will enable the scores to populate on the screen with no dependency on refreshing other screens.
Enhanced System:
- We will have a sync button in my training screen to reduce the extra steps perform to get the score.

MP-8877 As an End User, I want to view the online courses in Landscape Mode for IOS

Existing System:
- Currently we do not support the launch of courses in landscape mode in IOS which cause difficulties to end users to go through the assessments as the text are very small.
Purpose: To provide a better user experience in accessing the courses.
