 MP-7416 Enable Multifactor Authentication in MobilePro

Existing System: 

• Provides Okta MFA customer specific implementation. 

Purpose: 

• To enable MFA for Okta and Azure implementation using OpenID

Enhanced System: 

• Enabled MFA for Okta and Azure using AppAuth Framework using OpenID
• Can enable existing and new customer MFA using Okta and Azure OpenID

Impacts: 

• Remember me feature of Okta will not work, it will not save the credentials even user has selected the "Remember me" check box.
• After logout, there will be a hint text "Please enter User Name" (Okta), and "Email, Phone, or Skype" (Azure) in the user name field. The user needs to remove the hint text manually and provide the user name.

 MP-8511 Single APP for all Datacenters

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• As of now, the mobile app is published in the App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android) which is using the backend from the US Data Center
• Apps using other data center backend are provided the app from the internal store

Purpose: 

• Single app using the store for all the data centers

Enhanced System: 

• Dynamic URLs based on data center

Impacts: 

• Customers using apps from the internal store, need to download them from App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android)

 MP-8225 Enable the scroll option for the text area to read the content

• Can't scroll read-only text area field to view all the information 

Purpose: 

• To display all the information in a text area in read-only mode

Enhanced System: 

• Enabled scroll option to a read-only text area field of iOS and Android

• Sub Type and Section fields are hidden if user scrolls down to see more questions and then to change Section of Sub Type they need to scroll back up

Purpose: 

• Enhance the usability by freezing the screen till sub type and section field 

Enhanced System: 

• Sub Type and Section fields are always visible even if users scroll down to see more questions

• Does not have Drop a Pin field available from Mobile Pro while reporting Incident

Purpose: 

• Extend Drop Pin feature to Mobile Pro

Enhanced System: 

• Drop a Pin field is integrated in Mobile Pro app same as in Web
• All business rules and features remain same as Web
• To drop the pin users has to tap on the image
• On tap the image will open in full view with option to drop the pin
