Existing System: 

• While raising a chemical request, the use of chemical is mentioned and approved, but still the same is not appearing for the chemical's purpose column in Manage Approval List screen especially when user selects 'Other' or 'Contractor' field.

Purpose: To view the specific fields in the list screen making it easy and user-friendly. 

Enhanced System:

• After the enhancement, the fields are now available in the Manage Approval screen.
