Editing an existing Cause of Incident – Property Damage

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup Icon.
2. Click on the Module Setup Icon.
3. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.

4. Select the Cause of Incident List menu item in Prpoperty Damage Lookup Values.

5.  Select the record from the How it Was Identified List Screen.

6.  Edit the details in  How it was Identified screen and click on the Save Button.
