The Perform Audit section allows users to perform the audit and enter the information related to the audit. These information can be then used to derive audit reports and metrics.
The Perform audit section is divided into the following sub-parts. Each of these sub-tabs can be used to perform audit for all types of Audits such as:  

  • Corporate Audits - can be assigned to multiple locations; however, when the user is conducting an audit, the information entered will be mapped to the location selected in the Navigator. 
  • Site Audits - Departmental Audits - are assigned to various departments that exists for a location. User has the ability to select each department while performing an audit and subsequently enter the audit information. 
  • Site Non Departmental Audits - are similar to Corporate Audits, but are performed for a single location and with a site specific protocol. The information entered for the audit will be mapped to the location selected in the Navigator. 


Note:

There are 3 parent tabs:

  • Audit Setup
  • Perform Audit
  • Audit results

If any 1 of the parent tabs is selected, then all other parent tabs will be collapsed.


Step-by-step Instructions: 

Performing a Corporate Audit Protocol for a location: 

  1. Select the Location in the Navigator for which the Audit is to be performed.


  2. Click on the Modules icon. 
  3. Click on the AuditManagement menu item. 
  4. Click on the ManageAudits menu item. 


  5. From the Audit List View screen, click on the Name of Audit Program link.


  6. Click on the Perform Audit tab to access the sub-parts. 
  7. Click on the Questionnaire tab to answer the questions.


  8. Answer the questions by clicking on the Select drop down menu.
  9. Click on the Save button. 



Additional Information

  • Answers can be classified as either a preferred or non-preferred response.
  • When a non-preferred answer is selected the system will prompt the user to create a finding.
    • The color of the finding icon will turn to red if a non-preferred response is being entered.

Questionnaire Icon Business Rules

  • If all questions are not answered either with a preferred or a non-preferred response then the red colored exclamation sign signifying “Incomplete” will be displayed.

  • If all the questions are answered either with a preferred or a non-preferred response then the incomplete sign will turn to complete sign .
  • Once all the questions of the questionnaire is answered the Performed Audit tab color changes to green.
