This document demonstrates how to add more than one injured person to an Injury/Illness incident.
Step-by-step guide
When reporting an Injury/Illness
- Select as Yes for the "Were multiple people injured as part of this incident?" question.
- When answered Yes this triggers the Additional Injury/Illness Incidents section to be added
- Click on the Add button enter additional injured people.
The Incident Detail section must be saved first before adding additional injured people to an incident
