Users can use the Risk Assessment module to identify tasks and associated hazards, calculate initial and final risk ratings, identify controls, manage action item plans and upload attachments.
Accessing the Risk Assessment
- Click on the Module icon.
Click on the Risk Assessment menu item.
Risk Assessment Menu OptionsUsers can select from the following menu items for the Risk Assessment Module
Dashboard Allows users to access summary data based on the Risk Assessment, Risk Levels and Risk Scores.
Add New Allows users to create new Risk Assessment Manage List screen showing all of the Risk Assessments created for the location or level selected in the navigator. Manage Action Items List screen shows all of the action items created for the location or level selected in the navigator.
