Accessing Frequency

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup icon.
2. Click on the Module Setup menu item.
3. Click on the Risk Assessment menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Frequency under Setup.
   
   
   
   

5. Click on the Name of the Frequency hyperlink.
   
   
   
   
   

   19.2.2 Updated

   • System Accepts 0 as score value
   • If in any case due to formula configuration the final score comes out to be an invalid number (5/0), system will still display 0
