Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Module icon.
2. Click on the Wellness Check menu item.
3. Click on the Report New Wellness Check menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. In Wellness Review section, the Health Concern & Safety Concern fields will available in the detail screen.
