Document Owner – user who owns the document. Owners can initiate the approval process, create new document versions, check the document in and out for editing, release the document, conduct periodic reviews of the document, manage change requests and View the document even if the Document View it is set to Private

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Documents Icon.
  2. Click on the Document Management Menu Item.
  3. Click on the Manage Documents Menu Item.

 


4. Select My Pending Uploads view from All Documents drop down.



5. Click on the Add Details link.



6. Select the Document Owner from the drop down.

7. After selecting the Document Owner, Click on the Save button.
