Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Click on the Module icon.
  2. Click on the Task Management menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Tasks menu item.



  4.  Click on the Action item name



  5. Click on Documents tab.
  6. Click on Add button.



  7. Select the file.
  8. Click on Attach file button.



  9. Complete Document Details section.
  10. Click on Save button.
