Step-by-step instructions:
- Click on the Module icon.
- Click on the Task Management menu item.
- Click on the Manage Tasks menu item.
- Click on the Action item name.
- Click on Documents tab.
- Click on Add button.
- Select the file.
- Click on Attach file button.
- Click on Save button.
