Editing Visit Reason

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup icon.
2. Click on the Module Setup menu item.
3. Click on the Occupational Health menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Visit Reason menu item.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Title of the Visit Reason hyperlink.
   
   
   
   
6. Make necessary changes and Click on the Save button.
