The Communication Log allows users to track information communicated to non-company individuals, outside agencies, the media etc.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Modules Icon.
  2. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.
  3. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.

 


4. Select the Incident from the Incident List.


5.  To complete the Communication Log Section, click on the Add Button.

6. Complete the details under Communication Detail Screen.

7. Click on the Save Button.
