How to Share an App

1. Click on the Apps.
   
   

   Open

   

2. Click on Modify
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Click on App Settings
   
   

    

4. Select ‘Share’ tab and click 'Add'

5. Enter the role title.

6. Select the required priveledges to be shared with users.

7. Click 'Next' to navigate to the second step of selecting recipients.

8. In the 'Shared With' tab, a combination of Location, Level, Users, Roles and Groups can be selected as recipients

9. Click Save once all changes are done.
