Adding a Custom Data Source to a Form

After creating a custom data source with the custom lookup values, a user can proceed with adding the custom data source to the desired form.

  1. Click on the Apps Icon.

     

  2. Click on the Modify under the desired form

     

  3. Click/Drag the Auto Complete menu item under the Single Selection Controls to add a drop-down menu

  4. Enter the field label name.

  5. Select the Custom Data Source from the list.

  6. Select the Data Source Field value to be displayed.

  7. Click on the Save button.
