Existing System: 

• In iOS, Users were navigating to "Image Gallery" where images/videos can be attached. 
• In Andriod, Users are navigating to Google Files where they are able to attach images/videos. Any other file type was in disabled mode and so users were not able to attach. 

Purpose:

• Provide flexibility to users to attach additional files to a record.  

Enhanced System - iOS: 

• Introduced a gallery icon which takes the user to the gallery to be able to attach images/videos. 
• Existing Clip icon would now take users to "Files" where the user would be able to attach other file types along with images/videos. 
• Any users using iOS below 11 version, would be able to see only the gallery icon as "Files" is an iOS v11 feature. 
• Once attached, the user would be able to preview these files if there are supporting apps installed on the device. 

Enhanced System - Andriod: 

• Existing Clip icon would now take user to "Google Files" where user would be able to attach other file types along with images/videos. 
• Once attached, the user would be able to preview these files if there are supporting apps installed on the device.
