Existing System: 

• As of now, Indian regulatory forms are not integrated in the system

Purpose: 

• Integrate Indian regulatory forms for India locations

Enhanced System:

• Will display Indian regulatory forms BOCW and Factory Act for India locations
• The form will have applicable fields pre-populated from Incident Detail Report. However users can update the information in the form
• Users can generate a report of the updated form
• Only Users having Edit Incident Report permission of Injury or PD can access the Form
• The form link be enabled only after Detail Report is complete
• Forms will be available only for Injury/Illness and Property Damage Incident types
