Note:

• Due to this store movement, existing saved password for OKTA/AZURE will be cleared.

 MP-10122 Checkmarx OWASP 2016 encryption algorithm from DES to AES

• Security vulnerability handling we have changed the encryption algorithm from DES to AES.
• With this password will be cleared for all users from login page even they have enabled saved password feature.
• Users need to provide the password for the first login to the app. Once successful login happens, it will save the password for the next logins.

Existing System: 

• Currently, there is no option to turn on the offline mode manually, without making the mobile network down.
• Users are facing performance issues while reporting data when they are in a slow network area.

Purpose: 

• Provide an option to turn on the offline mode manually.
• This would help the end user to be on offline mode and report the data when there is a slow network without hampering the app's performance.

Enhanced System:

• Provided the option in the settings screen to turn on offline mode manually without turning off the mobile internet
• Indication of manual offline mode activation on the app header section, this will disappear once the offline mode setting is turned off.
• After the manual offline mode is turned on, the app will behave the same as the current offline mode. 
• The manual offline mode will persist unless it is turned off by the user irrespective of logout and login again or the app is being killed by the user.

 MP-9840: Mobile course access notification link enhancement

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• If the course is opened from email link on an iPhone or Android using google chrome browser , the link redirects the user to open in browser on the mobile device and when attempting to close the course video window, users are unable to locate a "close" or "X" option. As a result, users are forced to clear their tabs to exit the course. Furthermore, when attempting to launch the same course from the web, users are receiving an error message stating that the course is already launched in a separate tab or window.

Purpose: 

• To be able to navigate to the app when user accesses the Notification link in mobile.

Enhanced System: 

• • System should now allow the user to redirect the link to the Mobile app directly.

 MP-9445: Introducing Search Filter Functionality for Mobile LMS

Existing System: 

• In Mobile, for LMS module there is no feasibility to Search in 'My Training'.

Currently, its difficult for the end users to view the courses as to how many are completed or open, they have to drill down to see one by one and that's time taking.

Purpose: 

• To have the Search option where users can quickly search to their respective trainings.

Enhanced System: Users will now have the ability to search for their respective trainings using the Filter option.

 MP-10029: Mobile Default Tick Mark for Completed Trainings

Configurable: No

• Title: NA
• Public/Private: NA
• Default: NA

Existing System: After updating the outcome status to ‘Complete’ or ‘Attended’ in Send Certificate Of Completion to; the default tick mark to Trainees does not show. 

Purpose: To enable the default tick mark for Completed trainings.

Enhanced System: System will now default the option of sending the Certification of Completion when the training is marked Completed/Attended.
