Cognos-Increase the character limit for Job Title to 250 characters
Goal: The Employee Title field to display the complete information of Title (up to 250 characters) entered in the application
Foundation Package > Setup > Enterprise Setup > Employees > Employee Information > Employee General Details
PMP-94055 BI - Add new language Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Gujarati to product
Goal: User can view the multilingual data for all the supported fields in all modules in Gujarati, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu if they change the content language in Cognos.
Reference: Content Language changed from default English to Gujarati and the data for Calendar Category is appearing in Gujarati, the behavior will be same with the other newly added languages for all the supported fields.

Goal: User can view the selected OSHA PEL information in the Regulatory Name field.

BI IH : Ability to Enter Sample Results in units other than mg/m3 and have the application do the conversion
Goal: Users can view the converted value and converted unit for the Lab Concentration in the below fields
Industrial Hygiene Package > Planned Sample > Planned Sample Result > Sample Result Information
BI : Make noise adjustment to the dose results as per Australia requirements
Goal: User can view the Adjustment Factor values in the below field if there is any applicable as per the work shift
