Important Information for Mobile App Upgrade

Instructions for Upgrading the App:

When the new version of the app is released, you will receive a prompt to update. Please click on the “Update” button. This action will automatically redirect you to the app store for the update process.

After Upgrading the App:

For MDM Users: If you are using Mobile Device Management (MDM), please ensure that the app update is pushed to all company-maintained devices. This will ensure uninterrupted app usage across your organization.

General Information: After upgrading to the new app version, please note that the first login may take slightly longer than usual. This is because the new app version components are being downloaded and saved to your device. Subsequent logins will return to normal response times.

Clear Cache in Mobile devices:

1. Long Press on Ideagen EHS App, Click on the "i" icon.
   
   
   
   
2. Tap on the Storage.
   
   
   
   
3. Tap on Clear Cache and,
4. Tap on Clear Data.
