Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• There is no option to select a group for the document release notification

Purpose: 

• The group option will help to select users based on different categories of user
• User-friendly and no need to find users manually 

Enhanced System:

• Provided the option to select groups in the document release screen
• Display group based on folder type Corporte or Location
  • If the document folder is under corporate hierarchy, it will display the group created at the corporate level in Setup > Security > Groups
  • If the document folder is under location hierarchy, it will display the group created at the location level in Location Setup > Administration Setup > Groups
• On document release, the group users will receive the release notification
• Group users will also be considered for document acknowledgment

PMP-99455 - As a system administrator, I want the ability to configure the text that should be displayed in the document watermark to ensure my company's verbiage is used to designate uncontrolled copies

• Default: Uncontrolled Document

Existing System: 

• There is no option to change the document watermark as per the customer verbiage

Purpose: 

• Make watermark text configurable so the customer can put their organization-specific text
• Improve usability and customer-specific content

Enhanced System:

• Provided a public configuration for the document watermark text
• Customers can change the watermark text from Setup > Module Setup > Foundation > Configurations 
• Once changed, the next text will reflect on the document watermark

PMP-99760: As an owner or coordinator, I want the ability to restore a document from any version

Existing System: 

• There is no option to restore a document from any version

Purpose: 

• To restore a final version of the document including the attached file directly rather than manually creating a new version

Enhanced System:

• Provided the option to restore document in the document history screen
• The option will be available for the document owner or coordinator with document status as the final
• If the owner or coordinator clicks on the Restore Document link, it will ask to put the reason for the change and version type
• The application will automatically pick the restored version's document file and allow the creation of a new version
• It will populate the document title, primary folder, and owner from the restored version
• The owner can change the information as required for the new version

PMP-99624: As an owner or coordinator, I want the ability to restore an archived document

Existing System: 

• There is no option to restore an archived document

Purpose: 

• To restore an archived version of the document including the attached file directly rather than manually creating a new version

Enhanced System:

• Provided the option to restore an archived document in the document history screen
• The option will be available for the document owner or coordinator with document status as the archived
• If the owner or coordinator clicks on the Restore Document link, it will ask to put the reason for the change and version type
• The application will automatically pick the restored version version's document file and allow the creation of a new version
• It will populate the document title, primary folder, and owner from the restored version
• The owner can change the information as required for the new version
