Existing System: 

• End users always tend to select wrong protocol or get delayed in initiating inspection because they do not know the protocol to be selected for the site audit, for the department, for the asset etc.

• Audit Template resolves this issue but current Mobile Pro does not have a way to make use of Audit Templates

Purpose: 

• Increase end user adoption of mobile solution, by implementing QR code-based on audit template for site inspection providing quick and easy mobile access to protocols, and user-friendly interfaces.

• Eliminate wrong protocol selection as scanning Audit Template QR code will auto populate the Protocol.

Enhanced System:

• Generates a QR code for each protocol based, non recurring site audit template created in the system.

• Has an option to view and download Audit Template QR Code from Manage Audit Template screen

  • System views in Template List screen have been revised to display only relevant columns
  • Template QR Code is a new column that has been included in default system views at the end

• QR Code displays Company logo as header and Audit Template Name as footer, so that when download and pasted, it clearly distinguish itself from other QR Codes

• QR Code can be scanned using any third party scanner as well as Ideagen EHS Mobile App scanner

  • While scanning from third party scanner if app is not installed in the device then user will be taken to respective app store to download the Ideagen EHS Mobile App
  • After installing and logging in user should scan the QR Code once again
• On scan of the QR Code,  Ideagen EHS Mobile App will check if it is valid QR Code.
• If it is not validate QR Code (Template is not found, or Protocol information is not found or Protocol is found) then it will show appropriate error message. 
• If QR Code is validate then  Ideagen EHS Mobile App will take the user to Create Audit screen where all fields are pre-populated using information from respective Audit Template 
• After verifying all details (Lead Audit, Audit Team Member) and making any modification needed (selecting sub type values etc...) User can continue to conduct the inspection
