New and Improved Features 


Identify Case Severity of an Incident While Reporting

If a user selects the "Injury/Illness" checkbox for the Incident Type, the user will be presented with a new section entitled "Case Severity" where they will be able to classify the case. Once the classification of case has been saved, the case severity section will no longer be viewable or editable in the Detail Report

The following changes will apply:

  • The logic questions in the Classification of Case under the Case Management Tab will be saved 
  •  A new record will be added in the Case Progression Tracking
  • The Case Revision History will be updated

In order to see the Case Severity section, users will need to have the following permission applied:

Assigning Owners for the Investigation Section


Users will now have the ability to capture the responsible owner or team to ensure that the investigation process is completed within the Target Date.

Key Notes

  • An immediate notification will be sent to the Responsible Team assigned

The Responsible team pick list would include users who have Owned and View permissions for the investigation details

An administrator would be able to define the responsible team for each incident type from Location Setup.

Capturing Countermeasures and Departments in the CAPA Details Screen


The application has been enhanced to capture countermeasures and the responsible department in the CAPA details screen for Preventative Action Items.


Administrators will have the ability to configure the Counter Measure List from the Task Management Look up Values located under Module Setup.
