Step-by-step instructions:
Click on the Modules icon.
Click on Event Management menu item.
Click on the Report New Event menu item.
- Complete all the fields and click on Save button.

- Issue Summary Section
- Name of Organization - From Summary as well
- Type of Organization individual represents - Look-up value should also be hidden
- Follow-up Information Section
- Company Representative assigned to follow up
- Company Representative Contact Details
- Issue Summary Section
