Accessing the Primary Reason Category Screen

The primary Reason Category screen can be accessed by going into the BBS Module Setup screen and clicking on the Primary reason hyperlink. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on Setup.
  2. Click on Module Setup.
  3. Click on BBS Module. 





  4. Click on Primary Reason hyperlink. The Primary Reason Category screen will appear.
