Clearing Cache with Chrome

1. Navigate to Chrome Browser Settings which looks like 3 vertical dots located at the top right corner of the browser window.
2. Select History from the menu 

Please note: The system will generate a pop-up as illustrated below. 

3. Select History from the menu

4. Click Clear Browsing Data

Please Note: Please note the system will generate a pop-up with additional settings

5. Select the following options below and click Clear data button:

• Time range:  All time 
• Browsing History
• Cookies and other site data
• Cached images and files
• Site Settings
• Hosted app data
