Manage Approval Request-User Information

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on Module.
2. Click on Chemical Management
3. Click on Manage Approval Request

5. Click on the chemical name from the chemical List

6.Use information changes 1 in Chemical Approval

7. click on the radio button for the question Will this touch or become part of the product?

A. If Yes - the User should be able to complete the entire form.

B.If No-  then the next question will be "Can the chemical be purchased at a retail store? 

8. If the radio button is select as Yes for the question Can the chemical be purchased at a retail store?, then the next question to be displayed is  "Is the quantity less than 1 gallon?"
