Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the "Setup" Icon.
  2. Click on the "Module Setup" Menu Item.
  3. Click on the "Incident Management" Menu Item.



  4. Click on "Body parts" In "Injury / Illness Lookup Values" section.



  5. Select the Body parts by Click the Radio button next to Body parts and Click on "Delete" button.
