Users can report observations and identify if the behaviors were Safe or At Risk, whether feedback was given and enter comments
Step-by-step instruction:
- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on BBS menu item.
- Click on Report Observation Data menu item.
4. Observations can be reported peer to peer or by group. The following is an observation reported peer to peer.
5. Fill out the mandatory fields in the Observation Details screen and click on Save to save the created Observation.
