Users can report observations and identify if the behaviors were Safe or At-Risk, whether feedback was given and enter comments

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on BBS menu item.
  3. Click on Report Observation Data menu item.



  4. Complete all the mandatory fields.
