Setting Response Scores

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup icon.
2. Click on  the Audit Management menu Item.
3. Click on  the Manage Audit Questions menu Item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Questions hyperlink.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Response tab.
6. Select the Response Score from the drop-down.
