Adding a Document to a Question
Step-by-step guide
- Click on the Setup icon.
- Click on the Audit Management menu Item.
- Click on the Manage Audit Questions menu Item.
- Click on the Questions hyperlink.
- Click on the Documents tab.
- Click on Add button.
- Upload the file.
- Click on the Click to Attach File button.
- Complete all the fields and Click on Save button.
