Adding a Document to a Question

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Setup icon.
  2. Click on  the Audit Management menu Item.
  3. Click on  the Manage Audit Questions menu Item.



  4. Click on the Questions hyperlink.



  5. Click on the Documents tab.
  6. Click on Add button.



  7. Upload the file.
  8. Click on the Click to Attach File button.



  9. Complete all the fields and Click on Save button.
