Enhanced System: 

  • Field to identify Tire II Chemical in chemical details, request, and ingredient screen
  • Auto-populate Tire II Chemical, when the user selects any List of List Chemicals or uses CAS #
  • Add a new view in the manage chemical list to view all the Tire II Chemicals
  • Add Tire II field to notification
  • Add Tire II field to reports

Area of Use Information and Department Field

Enhanced System: 

  • Field to mention the area of usage in chemical details, request, and ingredient screen
  • Add the respective department where the chemical will be used

Notification Setup Based on Workflow(Department)

Enhanced System: 

  • Enabled notification workflow events and event categories based on the approval department
  • Respective notification users will receive the email as per the events

Approval Workflow(Department) Process

Enhanced System: 

  • Enabled approval workflow as per customer chemical approval process and respective departments
  • The approval workflow will be enabled once the chemical is requested with details and ingredients
  • Approvers can view the chemical request information on the approval screen and navigate to the request detail or ingredient list to see more information.
  • Approval departments will display as per the sequence of approval completion
  • Approver information will auto-populate as per the login user
  • Approver can change/approve the information as per the permission assigned to that location.
    • Permissions can be created as per the customer's need. e.g. Individual role by each workflow(Department) or a combination of multiple workflows(Departments)
    • The role needs to configure manually for each instance(site). This is an implementation task, and once configured for the site can be used as per the role and the users.
