Inactivating an Incident Notification Record

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup Icon.
2. Click on the Module Setup Icon.
3. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.

4. Select the Notifications menu item in Incident Management Lookup Values.

5. Select the Notification from the Incident Notification Screen.

6. To Inactivate the Notification, Select the Inactive option from the Status field drop down.

7. After selecting the Inactive option from the drop down. Click on the Save Button.
