How to Create a New Record

This document will demonstrate how to create a new record from an existing form for users with the applicable permissions 

Where to access Form

1. Click on the App Builder Icon.
   
   

   Open

   

    

2. Select a Form from the Home Page and Click on New
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Complete the mandatory fields and click on the Save button.
