Users will be able to report a near miss incident via the MobilePro App.
Step-by-step Instructions:
Reporting a Near Miss Incident:
- After logging into the app, tap on Incident Management.
- Tap on the
sign to add a new incident record from the Incident Management List Screen.
- Type in the Incident Title.
- Tap on Near Miss for the Incident Type.
- Complete the Incident Details screen.
- Tap on the
to Save.

Mandatory fields will be highlighted in red.
