Reporting Near Miss Incidents on MobilePro

Users will be able to report a near miss incident via the MobilePro App.

Step-by-step Instructions:

Reporting a Near Miss Incident: 

  1. After logging into the app, tap on Incident Management.



  2. Tap on the     sign to add a new incident record from the Incident Management List Screen.



  3. Type in the Incident Title.
  4. Tap on Near Miss for the Incident Type.

  5. Complete the Incident Details screen.
  6. Tap on the  to Save.

Mandatory fields will be highlighted in red.
