Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Click on the Modules icon.

  2. Click on Event Management menu item.

  3. Click on the Report New Event menu item.



  4. Complete all the fields and click on Save button.

In 21.2 user hide fields from General EHS event type details screen

  • Has configuration to Show/Hide below mentioned fields
    • Issue Summary Section
      1. Name of Organization - From Summary as well
      2. Type of Organization individual represents - Look-up value should also be hidden
    • Follow-up Information Section
      1. Company Representative assigned to follow up
      2. Company Representative Contact Details
