Ideagen EHS (ProcessMAP) FAQ
1.What is Ideagen Home?
Ideagen Home is a website that provides access to all Ideagen products in use by your organizations. It also provides relevant information about other Ideagen products and resources.
2. Who can use Ideagen Home?
The initial products available through Ideagen Home are Ideagen Quality Management, Ideagen EHS (ProcessMAP), Ideagen Huddle, Ideagen WorkRite, and Ideagen PleaseReview.
3. When will Ideagen Home and the ProcessMAP rebranding to Ideagen EHS be available to ProcessMAP customers?
Ideagen Home and the ProcessMAP rebranding to Ideagen EHS will be released on July 1, 2023.
4. Do I use my existing ProcessMAP credentials (username and password) to log in through Ideagen Home?
Yes. Upon selecting “Launch Product” from Ideagen Home, non-SSO users will be directed to the Ideagen EHS (ProcessMAP) login screen. Your username and password will be unchanged. SSO users will be navigated directly to the platform from Ideagen Home.
5. Will Ideagen Home display each time I log in to the application?
Yes, for users accessing Ideagen EHS (ProcessMAP) on the web and with English as their selected browser language. Each time a user navigates to the Ideagen EHS platform, they will be redirected to Ideagen Home first. Ideagen Home is not currently supported on the mobile app and for non-English web users.
6. Will kiosk users be directed to Ideagen Home?
Kiosk users will be directed to Home the first time they navigate to Ideagen EHS (ProcessMAP). Subsequent logins will bypass Ideagen Home unless a user clears the device’s cache.
7. Will users of the mobile app be redirected to Ideagen Home?
No, Ideagen Home will only be available via the web browser. If a user is accessing Ideagen EHS (ProcessMAP) via the web browser on a mobile device, they will be directed to the Ideagen Home screen.
8. What happens if I'm already logged in?
If you are already logged into the product and you click on a link (e.g. system emails) then you will navigate directly to the relevant screen in the product. You will not be directed back to the Ideagen Home screen.
9. What happens if I'm signed out?
If you are logged out of the system and click on a link to log in (e.g. a link included in an email) then you will arrive at the Ideagen Home screen. You can then proceed into your Ideagen product.
10. What happens when I click sign out?
When you log out of your Ideagen product you will be directed to Ideagen Home.
11. What happens if I browse to Ideagen Home instead of a product?
If you arrive at Ideagen Home before navigating to a product login screen then you will not be able to progress into the product. Accessing the Ideagen product places a cookie on your system which allows the product to appear on your Home screen.
However, if you arrive at Ideagen Home after having visited the login page of a product then you will see the product tiles available.
12. What languages does Ideagen Home support?
With the first release on July 1, Ideagen Home will only support English. Users with their browser set to a language other than English will not be redirected to Ideagen Home and will have no change in platform navigation. Additional languages will be supported by Ideagen Home in the future.

1. What is the function of the Top Action Menu bar?
The Top Action Menu provides quick access to:
Ideagen Community (https://community.ideagen.com )
Ideagen Support (help.ideagen.com)
2. What is the function of the Left Action Manu?
The Left Action Menu is another means of navigating to your Ideagen products. It matches the "Products You Own" section.
3. What is Events/Trainings?
The Events/Trainings section shows news and upcoming Ideagen events and webinars, where you can sign up or join.
4. What is Products You Own?
The Products You Own section shows a list of products that you have a license for. Each licensed product will include the following:
Product name/title
Product description
A launch button to launch the product.
5. What is Discover More Products?
Discover More Products is where you can uncover the latest Ideagen solutions. Here, you can explore a comprehensive list of products that you may not have a license for yet.
Each product is presented with following details:
Name of the product
Description of the product
"Learn More" which links to the respective public product page
6. Where can I get more assistance if I need help?
You can click on the Top Action Menu which will provide access to:
