PMP-70735 - As an administrator, I want the enabled tasks to be carried over to new locations added to the action item category and driver

Existing System: 

• Enabled tasks are not carried over to the new locations added to the action item category or driver

Purpose: 

• To automatically create action for the newly added locations, will eliminate the manual location addition for the enabled task to add the action items fur the current and future date

Enhanced System:

• Track the newly added locations for the action item category
• Track the newly added locations for the action item driver
• Job to create action items for the newly added locations of the action item category or driver and its usage in the enabled tasked 
• Action items will be created from the date of location added and future date based on the pattern selected in the task

PMP-89452 Add a new menu for Default Action Item Owner directly under the Location Setup

Configurable: No

Existing System: 

• Users need to set up the default location action owner under the module default menu

Purpose: 

• Many of the users were unable to know about the feature, so moved the menu directly under the location set up to increase the feature's usability

Enhanced System:

• Moved the default action item menu directly under the location setup
• The permission to access the menu will be based on the module default permission
• List screen to see  all module owners
• Filter for module owner list

• Users need to set up the default location action owner alerts & reminders under the module default menu

Purpose: 

• Many of the users were unable to know about the feature, so moved the menu directly under the location set up to increase the feature's usability

Enhanced System:

• Moved the default action item alerts & reminders menu directly under the location setup
• The permission to access the menu will be based module default permission
• List screen to see  all module action item alerts & reminder
• Filter for module owner list
• Module selection in the alert and reminder screen
• Removed the option to select notification type, now the notification is only applicable to email
