Accessing Module Setup

Administrators can access the Module Setup for the Document Management module by clicking on the Setup tab and clicking on the Module Setup icon to view the Module Setup menu items.  The Document Management module configuration across all locations is located under the Document Management menu item.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Setup Icon.
  2. Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
  3. Click on the Document Management Menu Item.

As a user with the Add Folder permission, has the ability to move a folder and all associated documents to a different folder

  • Ability to move a folder and all associated documents to a different folder hierarchy
  • All the associate information and physical files will move as per the new hierarchy
  • All document history, approvals, and audit trails will remain with the document
  • The option is available both in the Corporate and Location folder setup
