Creating a Finding to Questions in the Questionnaire Tab: Refer to Perform an Audit

1. Navigate to the Questionnaire tab from the Perform Audit section of the selected audit. 
2. Click on the Finding icon  for the non-preferred response.
   
   
   
3. Complete the fields in the Finding Details screen.
4. Click on the Save button.
