Creating a Finding in the Questionnaire Tab
Users can create findings to questions with non-preferred responses within the Questionnaire tab. Upon selecting the non-preferred response, the finding icon will turn red and a finding will need to be entered.
Example Scenario:
In the below example, the response selected is No as the non-preferred response; therefore, the finding icon is red.
Step-by-step Instructions:
Creating a Finding to Questions in the Questionnaire Tab:
Navigate to: Modules>>Audit Management>> Manage Audits>>Select Audit Name (Refer to Perform an Audit)
- Navigate to the Questionnaire tab from the Perform Audit section of the selected audit.
- Click on the Finding icon
- Complete the fields in the Finding Details screen.
- Click on the Save button.

Change Question response score without loosing existing Finding.
- Throws an alert if response is changed from one non-preferred to another non-preferred and it has a finding linked
- User can choose to retain the finding or let the system delete it as it happens currently
- In case the response is changed to a different type, system will not throw any alert and delete the finding
