Creating a Finding in the Questionnaire Tab

Users can create findings to questions with non-preferred responses within the Questionnaire tab. Upon selecting the non-preferred response, the finding icon will turn red and a finding will need to be entered. 

Example Scenario:

In the below example, the response selected is No as the non-preferred response; therefore, the finding icon is red.


Step-by-step Instructions: 

Creating a Finding to Questions in the Questionnaire Tab: 

Navigate to: Modules>>Audit Management>> Manage Audits>>Select Audit Name   (Refer to Perform an Audit)

  1. Navigate to the Questionnaire tab from the Perform Audit section of the selected audit. 
  2. Click on the Finding icon  for the non-preferred response.


  3. Complete the fields in the Finding Details screen.
  4. Click on the Save button.

Change Question response score without loosing existing Finding.

  • Throws an alert if response is changed from one non-preferred to another non-preferred and it has a finding linked
  • User can choose to retain the finding or let the system delete it as it happens currently
  • In case the response is changed to a different type, system will not throw any alert and delete the finding
