Deleting an Action Item in Questionnaire tab

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Modules Icon.
2. Click on Corporate Audits Menu Item.
3. Click on Manage Audits Menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Name of the Audit Program.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on Questionnaire tab.
6. Click Action Item Icon.
   
   
   
   
7. Select the Action item by selecting the Check box at the Action Item and Click on "Delete" button.
